Blueberry French Toast Sandwich

I'm back at college! Only 8 more weeks left until I'm officially half-way through my college career. Scary right? I'm not that old but it sure feels like it, especially since I'm signing my first lease for my first house this week for next year. I'm beyond excited to move off campus with some great friends.

Another birthday today for my amazing, fantastic, entertaining friend Rachel Lanczak! I met her in my Spanish class freshman year, but it turns out our schools played against each other in basketball a few years before. Small world right?

Together we're totally awesome!

In two months I will be traveling to Malawi! My professor e-mailed me some photos of when she went last year and I thought I'd share them. Don't worry, when I go to Malawi I will take plenty of pictures :)
